This page governs use of the Loxstill Strategies website. It is separate from the Client Agreement, which governs any paid engagement and is provided directly to clients during onboarding.Terms of Use
By using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is. This site exists to introduce Loxstill Strategies, explain how the firm works, and give founders a way to request a conversation. Nothing on it is a solicitation to enter a contract — an engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate Client Agreement.
No professional advice. The Methodology, FAQ, and any published articles describe how Loxstill thinks and works. They are general in nature and are not strategic advice for your specific business. Reading this site is not a substitute for an actual engagement, and no strategic recommendation should be drawn from it and acted on directly.
No guaranteed outcomes. Loxstill works to a high standard of rigor, but no outcome — financial, competitive, or otherwise — is promised by anything described on this site.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to access non-public areas, no scraping or automated data collection, no interference with normal operation.Intellectual PropertyThe frameworks, methodology descriptions, written content, diagrams, and visual identity on this site belong to Loxstill Strategies. Nothing here may be copied, reproduced, or used to build a competing offering without written permission.Case studies and illustrative materials shown on this site are described further under Confidentiality, below.Privacy
What's collected. If you request a conversation or begin intake, Loxstill collects what you provide directly — name, contact information, and your responses to intake questions (currently gathered via Typeform) and scheduling (currently via Zoom). If you subscribe to receive written work, Loxstill collects your email address for that purpose alone.
How it's used. Information you provide is used to evaluate fit, schedule conversations, and — for engaged clients — to do the work itself. Email subscribers receive only what they signed up for.
What doesn't happen. Loxstill does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. There are no daily emails and no unsolicited sales outreach.
Third-party tools. Intake and scheduling currently run through Typeform and Zoom, respectively; written work is distributed through Substack. Each operates under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Your control. You can unsubscribe from any mailing list at any time, and you can request that Loxstill delete information you've provided by contacting Support@loxstill.com.
Confidentiality
Client engagements are governed by mutual confidentiality under the Client Agreement. Any case study, example, or illustrative deliverable shown on this site has been altered to protect the identity of the business involved — names, identifying details, and specific figures are changed or composited, and any sample deliverables shown are illustrative reconstructions built to demonstrate the kind of work Loxstill produces, not reproductions of an actual client's documents.
Limitation of Liability
Loxstill Strategies is not liable for decisions made based on general content published on this site. Liability related to a paid engagement is governed exclusively by the Client Agreement signed for that engagement.
Changes to These TermsThis page may be updated as the site and firm evolve. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
